⦁ Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, however this could change from time to time depending on the location and speed.
Your order will normally ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of your order.
Our Free shipping method is either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses) and usually takes between 5-7 business days for cross-country delivery. We will provide a tracking number via email once the order has shipped so you that you can track the shipment from our facility to your location. We offer additional expedited services should you require faster delivery.
We are excited to be able to ship M(sqd) around the globe and have tried to make it as easy as possible. During the checkout process you are able to select your country from the drop down menu along with adding your address as normal. The website will give you a total that will include shipping and any additional fees such as duty/customs. You will then be prompted to accept the terms to process. All international shipments may take up to 6-7 weeks pending clearing customs for your country and you are solely responsible for shipment.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging including the shipping box so that the item arrives back safely.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defect, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. Once the product is received, we will review and determine if the product is to be replaced.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
